DESCRIPTION
Automatic two-needle unit for attaching belt loops to denim trousers and classic trousers. The machine automatically proceeds to cut the belt loop, fold it and sew the reinforcing bartack to the jeans. Automatic position detection and removal of the belt joint as waste material. The automatic unit improves efficiency by 70% compared to 4 operators with the classic method.

SPECS
BELT LOOPS
Possibility to adjust the length and width of the reinforcement, the position of the end of the seam, the data of the waste material. Furthermore, the machine can automatically adjust the length of the loop via the motor without the operator have to do it manually.
